Introducing Myself
I’m very pleased that Scott has invited me to post on the Hayride. I’m Ryan Booth, a former Political Director of the Republican Party of Louisiana and current member of the Republican State Central Committee. I worked for the Steve Forbes campaign in 2000 and was also the GOP Victory ’04 Director. I haven’t kept a blog since 2003 (sarcasticsoutherner.blogspot.com, for the curious), and I’m looking forward to posting once or twice a day here.
As a certified teacher, I’ll post regularly on education issues, and I particularly enjoy discussion of campaign strategy and tactics, but Scott has pretty much told me to write what I want, so that’s what I plan to do.
