Steele Sends RNC Money to Northern Mariana Islands
If you read my post about RNC Chairman Michael Steele this weekend, then you already know that he needs to go, but this just takes the cake. He’s now sent $20,000 to the Republican Party of the Northern Mariana Islands. Why is Steele sending money to an obscure, small U.S. Territory when we have such urgent needs on the mainland like … I don’t know … maybe defeating Obamacare or retaking the House this fall? Could it have anything do to with the fact that the islands’ RNC members decided at the last minute to switch their votes to Steele and put him over the top in his race for Chairman?

How much RNC cash is going up to Massachusetts right now? If it's any less than high six figures it's a firing offense, period – and if it's not more than what's going to the Northern Marianas by a factor of 30 it's probably a shooting offense.

Steele had a great post over on Big Government this morning in which he outlined all that the RNC and the Party needed to do to capture the hearts and souls of Tea Party conservatives and right-leaning moderates and independents. Unfortunately, his talk and his walk don't coincide – they don't even resemble each other.
He absolutely needs to go.
