I fully support these States and hope everyone of them get these laws passed and signed… but… the big question comes down to…. are they going to enforce these laws after they are put on the books??? We have in our Constitution, of the USA, the requirements to hold the office of President and yet NO ONE has the gahones to enforce it. If Barry Obama isn’t a natural born citizen of the USA, then all the bills he has signed into law are illegal. All the money he has signed off to spend, is illegal. Everything he has done is illegal if he doesn’t meet the requirements of the Constitution. All the trips he has taken as POTUS and his ‘Belle’ FLOTUS should be considered theft and they should have to repay those monies. But again, we’ll never know and I would suppose that if we did find out, he isn’t a natural born citizen, nothing would ever become of it.

IF these bills pass, all that they would require is that a candidate show her or his official birth certificate. They must accept the official and cannot require the original because each state must accept the official birth certificates of other states under the US Constitution’s Full Faith and Credit clause.

Obama has shown the official birth certificate of Hawaii, the one that is used by THOUSANDS of people every year, and THREE Republican officials have confirmed the facts on it. It is NOT possible for a person born outside of Hawaii to get a Hawaii birth certificate with a Hawaii location of birth on the document. Obama’s birth certificate has on it that he was born in Honolulu, and that fact has been confirmed by THREE Republican officials.

Notices of Obama’s birth were published in the newspapers in Hawaii shortly after his birth. At the time Hawaii newspapers did not accept birth advertisements. They only published birth notices from the Hawaii government, which only published them for births IN Hawaii. Hawaii did not accept “walk in” birth registrations but demanded a witness statement whenever there was a claim of a birth outside of a hospital. In other words, both the birth certificate and the notices in the newspapers prove that Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961.

And his Kenyan grandmother never said that he was born in Kenya. She said repeatedly in the taped interview that Obama was born in Hawaii, and she said in another interview that the first that her family in Kenya had heard of Obama’s birth was in a LETTER FROM HAWAII.

The Constitution has been so abused by our Government, what difference does it make? Does anyone sell the Constitution on toilet paper? I want to send it to Congress, the Senate, the White House and the 9 Justices. If they are going wipe their butts with it they might as well be comfortable. That old parchment must feel kind of raw on the sphincter.

If the certificate of the live birth released by Mr. Obama was in fact a true Birth Certificate it would say “Accepted by the State Registrar” right above the date on the document, menaning that someone filed a statement that Obama was born in Hawaii on a certain date, and that the evidence provided was sufficient to verify the statement. Such that the registrar “Accepted” the accuracy of the filing and registered the birth. In the case of Mr. Obama’s “certificate”, it say’s it was filed with the registrar, but does not say that it was ever “accepted”, meaning that when the statement was made concerning the birth, which automatially triggered the newpaper announcements, There was less than a minimum required verification submitted with the statement. The Registrar could not verify the “ACCURACY” so the “filed” the statement but did not “ACCEPT” it.
