Stuff Liberals Say
Of course, I hate calling them liberals. I don’t find anything liberal about them. Milton Friedman always said he was a liberal, in the classic sense of the word, and he was correct to say so. The people who call themselves liberals are statists, Marxists, socialists, leftists, Luddites and emotionally-driven morons, but their commitment to liberty, which one would imagine ought to be the foundation of liberalism, is generally nonexistent.
Consider this, which is a pretty solid compendium of what comes out of a typical lefty’s mouth, and ask yourself where the liberty is.
