Elbert Guillory and Lt. Colonel Allen West have announced they will hold two joint fundraisers in Louisiana on September 29th.  The money raised will benefit their joint fundraising committee, The Strong Conservative Victory Fund, aimed at outreach to the black community and supporting black conservative candidates for Congress.

Recently, Elbert Guillory was named as the Honorary Chairman of the Free at Last PAC. The Allen West Guardian Fund was established in 2012 to not only support minority Republicans, but also candidates who have served in the military.

“We are thrilled Col. West will be coming to Louisiana,” said Elbert Guillory. “He was a conservative champion in Congress and I’m glad he is still fighting for American values with the Guardian Fund,” added Guillory. “I’m excited to play any part I can in helpingblack Republicans get elected to office.”

The two events will be held in Baton Rouge, LA and Lafayette, LA on the same day. The Lafayette event will be a brunch at The French Press at 12:30pm. The Baton Rouge event will be held at Sullivan’s Ringside in the evening at 6pm.

“I am delighted to team up with Senator Guillory,” said Allen West. “The voice of black conservatism is growing stronger and stronger as more black Americans wake up and realize the liberal progressive policies of the last 50 years have done incredible economic and social damage to our community,” added West. “We will not be silenced. Organizations like ours will help change the face of leadership in our nation,” said West.
