It’s an homage to Ronald Reagan’s “Bear In The Woods” ad from 1984, but this one has to do with militant Islam and the fact that virtually no one in the Democrat Party is willing to even credit it as a threat.

The scorpion in the video isn’t quite as scary as Reagan’s bear was, though. And this isn’t 1984 – in 21st-century Stupid America, there are people (admittedly whose votes Ted Cruz is not seeking) who will see the ad as a threat to the little scorpion.

Still, the imagery works. And the guy with the ostrich-skin boots who confronts the scorpion, who we are to assume is Cruz, is a badass. And America needs a badass for a leader in the worst way.
