If you missed the video of Stuttering Jackass President Barack Obama trying to have a go at Donald Trump yesterday, here it is.

You’d think after eight years Obama would be able to make complete sentences when his teleprompter wasn’t working, but no. And at this point it’s a capability question – he’s had all the practice he’s going to have, and he’s still an inarticulate dunce without someone else’s words being put in front of him to say.

Too bad Obama isn’t this ineffective when it comes to making policy that rips the country to shreds – or, if you prefer, too bad the people who control him aren’t this ineffective.

As for Hillary, she has to feel let down. First, her husband, who was such a crafty politician in his time that he managed to skate past multiple and serial accusations of sexual abuse and misconduct as well as other examples of criminality, is now increasingly a gaffe-prone doddering old man who isn’t capable of helping her. Now Obama is reduced to a gibbering dunce in trying to make the case for her.

She might actually be alone without any effective heavyweight surrogates. That isn’t a good place for a candidate as unlikable and uncompelling as Hillary is to be.
