This is one of the best examinations of Planned Parenthood and its claims you’ll ever see. Dawn Laguens, who is the Executive Vice President of Planned Parenthood, made the mistake of going on with Carlson, who gets her to admit, amid some evasion, that Planned Parenthood doesn’t actually do mammograms counter to its claims. And then he zeroes in on the question of the 300,000 abortions Planned Parenthood performs a year and asks her if it bothers her to work at a place where heartbeats are stopped.
She filibusters as much as she can by saying they believe it’s up to the woman, but Carlson won’t let it go at that and proceeds to grill her on the human question of whether she’s really OK with making a living at a place which takes lives every day. And what comes out of her mouth in response is shallow, soulless, rehearsed and grossly insincere.
It’s a terrible performance and one which should make anyone considering using Planned Parenthood for any purpose re-think that consideration. Would any woman really trust Dawn Leguens to operate in her best interests as a client? And would any taxpayer look upon these people as a proper repository for $500,000,000 of his or her hard-earned money?
UPDATE: By the way, Dawn Laguens is an LSU graduate.
