That’s the Rasmussen Approval Index for President Obama today. Forty-three percent of respondents to Rasmussen’s polling over the last three days consider their opinion of the president to be Strong Disapproval, with just 22 percent constituting Strong Approvals.

This one is so off-the-wall stupid we’re struggling to believe it’s even possible. But apparently it’s legitimate – the Obama administration could be on the verge of imposing a ban of some sort on recreational fishing.
