Someone has post a picture of Allee taken at the crime scene on Bobby Jindal's Facebook page.
This is some new footage of the protest. This guy fits the description of Allee's assailant. 6'1'', light shirt, dark pants, auburn hair, pony tail, and dirty. He also shows up (fairly certain-towards the end) in a second video of people who were seen relocating to Brennans.

Thank you for following up with Allee on those videos. I had a feeling it was him. Keep going after this. You have a lot of support. This can't be tolerated.
Also, if you notice on one of the videos and in one of the photos, he appears to have a child and significant other. It might help in identifying him.
