Via Gateway Pundit, the University of Arizona College of Social and Behavioral Sciences commencement last week had as one of its speakers a Gender Studies instructor by the name of Sandra Soto. She took the opportunity to speak at the graduation of a class of tuition-paying students as a chance to gripe about Arizona’s immigration law and new policies to shut down Latino studies programs in that state’s high schools.
