Looking at this weather map, we’re going to say Joseph Cao has a shot to win. We’re going to say Jay Dardenne likely tops 54 percent today. We’re going to say Jeff Landry hits 58 percent. And we’re going to say Bill Marcy knocks off Bennie Thompson in Mississippi and Bill Flores takes down Chet Edwards in Texas.
