The Louisiana GOP Speaks About The New Jindal-Alario Alliance

Fellow Conservative Republicans:
This morning, state-wide conservative talk show host, Moon Griffon, read on air the response from the Louisiana State GOP regarding Gov. Jindal anointing long-time Edwin Edwards Democrat John Alario to the position of Senate President.
If you will recall, just four short years ago, our State Republican Party stood strong against then-term limited Rep. John Alario’s run for State Senate.  They carried a voice, calling out for reform in state government and politics, denouncing John Alario and bringing attention to his darkened past.  They compared him to a mob boss, linking to deals of corruption and federal investigations.  (http://thedeadpelican.com/2011/ALARIOS2.HTM)
So, when our reform-minded conservative Republican Governor, Bobby Jindal, endorsed Sen. Alario for the position of Senate President last week, some conservative Republicans demanded a response from State GOP leadership.
Mr. Griffon read the response on the air this morning.  However, in case some of you missed the response, I obtained a copy for your viewing pleasure.  The reason for me not summarizing the response in the body of this email is that I do not want to misquote the public response given by our party leadership.
See the statement here.
I hope you are as inspired as I was!
Thank you for your continued participation and activism in our state government.
