We thought we’d pass this along. It’s video from the completion of the spire at the top of One World Trade Center in New York, making the structure 1,776 feet – the tallest building in North America.

This is a long time coming. It should have been completed well less than a dozen years after 9/11/01, but bureaucratic stupidity and political infighting prevented that from happening.

Better late than never.

If you can watch this whole thing without getting a little vertigo, then you might look into getting a job on a high-rise construction crew.
