On April 12 at the Louisiana Culinary Institute on Airline Highway in Baton Rouge, we’ll be presenting an evening of food and fun as we unveil the new design of The Hayride!

Garret Graves and Clay Higgins will be our guest speakers this year; they’ll give us a rundown on Louisiana’s role in Donald Trump’s America. We’ll also have a special feature in this year’s event as we roll out the brand new look of our website.

Individual tickets are $80 and include admission to event, appetizers, a seat at the unveiling of the redesign of The Hayride and a seat for dinner with Congressmen Graves and Higgins.

We’re also looking for partners to help is as title sponsors and table sponsors. Sponsor tables are $1200 and include admission for 8 to event, appetizers, 8 seats at the unveiling of the redesign of The Hayride and a reserved table for 8, with priority placement, for dinner with Congressmen Graves and Higgins. Our title sponsorships include a table at the event, signage and a bank of advertising impressions on the brand new Hayride website.
