MARSH MAN MASSON: I Targeted This Fish For My Dinner! (Catch, Clean, Cook)

On inland lakes and impoundments, bass often taste like a cross between threadfin shad and dragonflies. After all, you are what you eat.

But in the marshes where I fish, bass eat crustaceans — the same ones that we pay $6.99/pound to feast upon. That makes their flesh absolutely delicious, so when I go out with bass in the crosshairs, I always keep a few for dinner.

That was the case on my most recent trip, and when I returned home, I kept the cameras rolling to show you one of my favorite ways to cook them. Check out the video for all the details!
