There’s a ton of video on this incident, and it’s one of the more bizarre – yet unsurprising – things you’ll see. We’re going to just show you the highlight reel the Daily Caller put together on it.

Jason Miller is a Democrat state senator from Rhode Island, and he’s been in that job for 15 years or so. He has a history of rude behavior toward people who disagree with him, though that might have more to do with personality than politics. Miller is a combative man of diminutive stature; he’s practically a poster boy for the stereotype.

And earlier this week it appears that he parked his car at a shopping center next to a Nissan Pathfinder with a “Biden Sucks” bumper sticker, and proceeded to key the door of the SUV.

With a driver and passenger inside the vehicle. They heard him do it and saw him do it.

Then he left and went to a nearby Starbucks while they called the cops. Miller had a “re-elect Josh Miller” bumper sticker on his car, and they looked up Josh Miller from their phones and saw his picture.

Didn’t take much detective work to figure this one out.

A couple of hours later, Miller came back to his car and the police were waiting for him. He made up some story about how he was attacked by “gun nuts” who he says harass him – he made news back in 2014 for dropping an F-bomb on an InfoWars correspondent in the middle of the Rhode Island capitol – and denied he keyed the car.

But the cops looked at suveillance video, saw that he was lying, went to his house and arrested him for malicious destruction of property.

The thing we take from this is that it sure is hard to find good people when it’s psychopaths like this who run for office and stick around with power over their fellow man for more than a decade. It’s not a bad bet Miller won’t be run out of the Rhode Island state senate over this incident – he won’t resign and he won’t be voted out – and as such, the people of that state are stuck being ruled by cretins.

And so normal folks will leave. As they should. If you’re powerless to remove the cretins from office, then your best bet is to remove yourself from the jurisdiction the cretins rule.
