America and the Difference Between ‘Democracy’ and ‘Constitutional Republic’

No, they’re not the “same difference” and yes, it does matter. It absolutely matters what level of information every single voter is equipped with, and one tool in being an educated American is knowing the difference between a ‘democracy’ and a ‘constitutional republic.’

A state like Louisiana is relevant in the geopolitical landscape only because of the distinction.

The insistence on the word ‘democracy’ to identify America can be infuriating, if only mildly so, because that terminology brings with it everything the Democrats are wanting to convince Americans of, including open borders and open voting and welfare for any and all who want it. Such confusion of terminology might not be an enormous obstacle in peaceful times, considering that America does indeed have some democratic principles, but we are not living in peaceful times. We are living in the middle of fifth generation warfare that at the top is pitting Deep State globalists inside the American government against sovereign nationalists intent on saving the Republic.

The problem for them is that America, in its truest sense, is not a democracy at all. It is indeed a constitutional republic, and this matters because it is the only thing that can make America sane again. This is why it is especially agitating when patriots like Tucker Carlson throw the term around as he did last week concerning the Colorado Supreme Court ruling. I wrote a positive piece on Tucker’s commentary but did suggest he shape up his terminology a bit; it especially matters to his particular audience. RVIVR’s own Scott McKay is also featured in that article, a pull from one of his recent articles that distinguishes between ‘democracy’ and ‘republic.’

It is a bit longer and not entirely necessary for this article’s premise, but if you have time, watch the following video that illustrates how mass psychosis inevitably takes over a democracy, leaving the people weak and vulnerable to totalitarian rule. It is a video I use to teach civics and societal phenomena to my high school students, in particular as we study the very relevant dystopian novel Fahrenheit 451. In it, the villain Captain Beatty explains to Montag that it wasn’t the government that woke up one day and decided to rule in a top-down fashion; no, it was the people, the mob, who changed over time, growing more and more apathetic and stupid like cattle, which made it possible for them to be manipulated, controlled, and finally, ruled.

If my teenagers can grasp this concept, so can we.

That is what happens when a society becomes a democracy.

It is a philosophical battle on the surface that masks the true spiritual battle that lies beneath, which incidentally is making itself more and more visible since Trump’s ride down the escalator in 2015 and especially so since the tyranny of Covid and 2020. It is us against them, and we need to have our information correct. Democracy vs Republic very sincerely means mob rule vs law and order, and we saw what can happen when the former is enacted over the latter in the burning of American cities in 2020. We are continuing to see it with the invasion of the Southern border. The Democrats, in conjunction with RINOs, don’t want law and order. The Deep State wants chaos and mob rule first so that they can come in and “save the day” with their one world government, which of course is the law and order they want.

It’s the Hegelian Dialectic, and understanding this phenomenon is crucial to understanding what pattern continues to rotate in this country and what we mean when we say we are in an information war. Perhaps an article on the Hegelian Dialectic is in order.

This is why it is important to read good books like Fahrenheit 451 and why it is important not to teach your children that English class doesn’t matter. Some teachers like me are fighting the fight.

Just pay a little bit of attention and you will see where all of Trump’s enemies are bombarding viewers with the same repetitive propaganda: hE iS tHe sINgLe gREaTeSt tHrEat tO oUR dEmoCRaCy!!!!. This is one of the two tactics of totalitarians when they aim to mind control a populace, the other being isolation. Repetition and isolation. This is why lockdowns are such a buzz word in the Deep State world–it isolates us from each other and the conversations about the government we should be having. This is why the same talking points are repeated over and over again across different Mockingbird channels–it makes the listener feel they would be crazy or not part of the crowd not to believe it.

The interesting thing here is that they aren’t lying about Trump. He does want to shatter their little world. They’re simply trying to change your understanding about what America truly is, or worse, prey on your lack of education concerning simple civics terminology.

In a sense, these propagandic maniacs are right–Trump is a threat to their democracy, their mob rule they have enjoyed for decades while the silent majority cooked in anger. Here’s the thing, though: any freedom loving patriot shouldn’t want their democracy. Any freedom loving patriot should be happy that Trump is a threat to them. They’re repeating not a lie this time, but the truth, over and over as if it were a bad thing. And it is–for them.

It is why Americans must be ready for any- and everything the Deep State might do in 2024, just as they did in 2020. They will do everything in their power to keep that man out of office. Stay close your families. Stay close to God.

Pray.

This three-minute video is more important. If you care about the Republic, please listen.

May everyone named directly or referenced indirectly ask forgiveness and do penance for their sins against America and God. I fight this information war in the spirit of justice and love for the innocent, but I have been reminded of the need for mercy and prayers for our enemies. I am a sinner in need of redemption as well after all, for my sins are many. In the words of Jesus Christ himself, Lord forgive us all, for we know not what we do.
