NHC says there’s a 20 percent chance that low pressure area might form, and then it could potentially grow into a tropical depression, tropical storm or a hurricane.
But that means an 80 percent chance it would not form.
In any event, we’ll want to watch it. We really, really don’t need a hurricane to hit Louisiana anytime soon – especially with the quality of leadership this state is currently saddled with.
