    I really wonder if the general public is going to be outraged in the same way. I don't know if most people will get the distinction between voting to pass a bill and voting that the bill is deemed passed.

      I think most people understand how awful the Slaughter rule is, but until they actually try to use it we won't see the level of resistance we think is proper.

      If the Democrats try it, though, it's Katy Bar The Door.
