Meet Louisiana’s Lieutenant Governor Scott Angelle, who has a reputation as a bureaucrat given that he ran the state’s Department of Natural Resources for several years before being appointed to his current position earlier this year. He doesn’t sound like a bureaucrat. He sounds like somebody who bears watching in the future.
