Fleming Video: We’ve Had Enough, Mr. President
Considering the way Jeff Landry’s decision to skip the hootenanny at the White House on the budget a couple of weeks ago played with the public in Louisiana, you might start seeing a bit more of this – Louisiana’s congressional delegation taking turns beating on Obama like a pinata. Obama is poison to the electorate here, and Landry – and Sen. David Vitter – are out in front of the competition to hack him to bits, rhetorically speaking.
That said, Rep. John Fleming takes a quick swipe here…
This is a good read by Fleming. My question is, where have all of the good representatives gone? Those who have a fire in the belly & no need of (tele ?) prompting. I guess Reagan was the last great man who needed no help getting his words out, as he was passionate about our nation, our freedoms, our way of life.
So I wonder, are these Flemings words, or the written & practiced words of a paid handler? He is saying it… but is he feeling it? Almost gives me the impression of a deer in the headlights and not real confident in what he is saying.
