Romney’s Gotten A Lot Better At Debates On National Issues

Back in 1994, he pretty much sucked.

By the way, what’s this business about Romney being a conservative businessman and not a politician? When you’re in your second presidential run in five years after spending a term as a governor and you ran for the Senate 17 years ago, you’re pretty obviously a politician. Who fed Romney that ridiculous line to say?

Romney is a smooth talker, like we have in the White House right now!  We don’t need anymore of that!

Has he APOLOGIZED for Romneycare yet? If not, I ain’t buyin’ that he’s magically turning into a conservative, overnight– I discern candidates as job seekers, and look at their backgrounds, including their upbringing– Romney’s dad, George Romney, was a Nixonian Republican– meaning NOT conservative, and VERY big-government, micromanagment-style– the very OPPOSITE of say Jefferson-Goldwater-Reagan.  The label RINO is intended to identify those who, like most Democrats, must “fake right” in order to get elected, while having NO intention whatsoever to reduce the size, expense, and encroachment of the federal government into us taxpayers’ DAILY lives.  I still firmly believe it fits Romney– because his actual record while in office reflects exactly that.
