Frank J. does it again with his own version of President Obama’s Christmas message.  Government-sponsored Christmas Present Reform is needed to address the inequities in gift-giving, and the President knows better than Santa if you’ve been naughty or nice.  So, he’s appointing a “Present Czar.”
