Meet Phil Hare (D-IL), who tells a video camera that he doesn’t care about the Constitution that he swore an oath to defend, can’t tell the difference between the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence and claims to have read the Obamacare bill three times.

No, he’s not very smart.

Hare proudly sports an AA degree from Black Hawk JUCO in Moline, Illinois. He’s a former union boss. He’s been in Congress since 2006.

Hare also said this last year: “I will not support any plan that does not contain a robust public option because, a plan without a public option is sort of like a car without a motor. It may look good on the outside, but in the end it will get you nowhere.”

A November poll had Hare losing to a hypothetical opponent by a 47-40 count. His Republican challenger is Bobby Schilling.
