Today on Fox News, Megyn Kelly had former Department of Justice attorney Christian Adams on for an interview. Adams participated in the prosecution of the New Black Panther Party for its voter intimidation of black Republicans and white voters at a polling precinct in Philadelphia on Election Day in 2008.
The second half of the interview will air tomorrow.
DOJ has called Adams a liar, but its explanation that the law and the facts didn’t support a conviction in the New Black Panther case is fairly devastating to Justice’s credibility.
The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights has an open inquiry into the New Black Panther case, which has been called the worst case of voter intimidation in recent American history.
