This was pretty good stuff, I think, and Ryan does a very good job of articulating that the House GOP leadership’s Pledge To America is focused on what he calls “deliverables” given that if the Republicans take enough seats to depose Queen Nancy the result will be divided government and actual policymaking will have to flow from their ability to control the purse strings…
