We’re growing at TheHayride.com, and we’d like to add a couple of excellent team members to move us forward.

First, we’d like to find an advertising sales manager. Based on an average of over 400,000 page views per month through the first six months of 2011, we estimate inventory worth over $12,000 per month (and growing). We’ll pay a 30 percent commission rate to the right candidate, together with a negotiable draw. Advertising sales experience is desirable but not required.

We’re also looking for a blogger to contribute 2-3 articles per day on Louisiana and national politics while helping grow our site traffic. A background in journalism is desirable but not required, but strong writing and research skills are a necessity. Compensation is negotiable.
