Y’know what a chupacabra is?

It’s OK if you don’t. There probably isn’t such an animal.

It’s like a coyote and it’s more myth than reality. Kinda like a jackalope. Or Sasquatch.

But next door in Texas they talk about ’em all the time. And now they just called the Lieutenant Governor, who’s running for the Senate, one.

The guy’s name is David Dewhurst, and he’s supposed to be a really big wheel in that state. The guy running against him is Ted Cruz, who’s basically a Marco Rubio clone. Both of them are Republicans, which means they’re gonna agree on most stuff and they’ll have a rough time finding stuff to argue about.

So now they’ll argue about chupacabras.
