We had some great Jeff Landry quotes earlier today, but this clip beats all of them. Jeff’s stuff is good, but to top this he’s got to verbally pistol-whip one of the slimiest socialist pigs in the House of Representatives before specifically calling out two other Democrats for their mendacity before he’s in the same league with this one.

This is freshman Republican Renee Ellmers, a Tea Party favorite who took out Bob “The Mauler” Etheridge for a House seat out of North Carolina last year. We knew somebody who worked on Ellmers’ campaign staff for a time last year and our feedback was that she didn’t have a clue how to run a congressional campaign. But she managed to win anyway, and she’s definitely been an outspoken defender of constitutional conservatism since then.

Taking down Henry Waxman is the pinnacle of pretty much anybody’s career, though. This was great.
