LSU beat UL-Lafayette 5-0 in baseball tonight.

Which isn’t a particularly big deal. LSU seems to beat ULL pretty regularly. It’s SEC teams they need to work on beating more often.

But there was a rain delay – I don’t think there was rain, at least there wasn’t rain three miles away where I was, but there was a rain delay – and that would probably mean ULL’s guys didn’t get home at a decent hour.

Oh, wait – the rain didn’t matter much. They weren’t gettin’ home at a decent hour anyway.

Why?

Well, when somebody comes along and tows the team bus away in the 7th inning, you ain’t goin’ nowhere.
