Thank God that we were able to get an overhaul of teacher tenure passed in Louisiana this year and made it easier for school principals to fire bad teachers.

Sadly, there is no school reform in Russia. There, kids have to take it upon themselves to keep bad teachers in line—as in the case of this resourceful school girl who was being berated by a jerky educator in the former Soviet Union:

Hey, ya gotta do what you gotta do. Let’s just hope that this little miss didn’t end up in Siberia.
