An interesting take on the fiscal cliff fight from Quin’s appearance on TV in Mobile last week – namely, that the vast majority of the Bush tax rates have been made permanent – which is a win for the former president and the Republicans in the House.

Which isn’t a huge victory. Maybe we should recalibrate our expectations at this point…
