Acadiana native and world handgun champion Blake Miguez will showcase his shooting skills on national television beginning next week. Miguez, an Iberia Parish small business owner and attorney, will compete on the History Channel’s Top Shots All Stars.

You probably remember Blake from last year’s elections, when he took a leadership role in passing the Louisiana #2 Constitutional Amendment – protecting our right to bear arms. He’s also involved in the Defend LA movement and donates firearms instruction to many local charities. Word has it he might be running for state representative in 2015.
