Seems he did. Here he is sayin’ it. Plain as day, he says it was the Iraqis who came up with that idea and he had nothin’ to do with it because they wouldn’t give immunity from prosecution to our troops there.

That was in June of this year, when this ISIS crowd started overrunnin’ the Iraqi army.

Then, over the weekend, he went back to that well.

“This issue keeps on coming up as if this was my decision,” Obama retorted when asked if he had any second thoughts, in light of the terrorist force taking over regions of Iraq, about having pulled all American troops out of the country. “The reason that we did not have a follow-on force in Iraq was because a majority of Iraqis did not want U.S. troops there and politically they could not pass the kind of laws that would be required to protect our troops in Iraq,” he said.

That’s somethin’, ain’t it?

Because I could swear Obama was pretty vocal about gettin’ the troops outta Iraq. As in, it was the Number One Thing He Campaigned On back in 2008.

And then after he got in office and pulled all the troops outta Iraq, here he is actin’ kinda proud of it.

Kinda sounds like he was all about havin’ no American troops over there, right?

Right up to the point where there was a bad effect to that – like an Islamic Caliphate. All of a sudden Obama had nothin’ to do with that call.

We’re gonna have to call this guy President Rug. Because he lies like one.
