Executive Amnesty Is Coming, Just Not Until After The Elections

A plan for President Obama to grant amnesty to the thousands of illegal immigrants already in the country will most likely not come until after the 2014 midterm and Senate elections, mainly so that Democrat campaigns like Sen. Mary Landrieu’s do not suffer.

Landrieu, who is vying for her seat in the Senate against Rep. Bill Cassidy (R-LA), is out with new ads claiming she voted against amnesty for illegal immigrants, a very unpopular policy in the state, a total of 9 times. Landrieu’s ad also claims she voted for a triple layer fence.

Nonethless, Landrieu voted for giving Obama the authority to grant amnesty for illegal immigrants, but is now asking that it be delayed since it would hurt her re-election campaign.

The Hayride News previously reported that amnesty for illegals will specifically not be done until after the 2014 elections because of cases like Landrieu and Sen. Mary Pryor, both of whom are in heated races.
