This actually happened a couple of weeks ago in Milwaukee, after the police chief there attended a Fire and Police Commission meeting at which there was a lot of Ferguson-style hooting and hollering over the April police shooting of Dontre Hamilton, an emotionally disturbed man who was lying down in a public park and began fighting with an officer attempting to pat him down. The officer was fired, but Hamilton’s family says they want “complete justice” – which they define as his arrest, conviction and imprisonment.

Ed Flynn, the police chief, was less than impressed at the outrage, and at an impromptu press avail outside the venue he unleashed a flood of truth better than anything you’ll see on Blue Bloods or Law And Order…
