One imagines there is a considerable back story to this clip, which we first saw at BatonRougeCrime.com on Thursday, but we have no idea what it is. A 15-year old kid was arrested for his part in the fracas. Attacking a federal employee in the performance of his duty is a federal offense, of course, so one imagines this case will become a relatively big deal.

It’s pretty embarrassing stuff, and it’s gone viral. So we decided to put it up; we put stuff up like this that people are talking about.
