Levin is worth paying attention to on this issue, because he is in fact a constitutional lawyer who tries cases on constitutional subject as head of the Landmark Legal Foundation. And he gives a pretty unequivocal opinion on the subject.

Levin takes a fairly hard shot at the Obama birthers in the process of explaining that if one of your parents is an American citizen that makes you a natural born citizen regardless of where your place of birth might be.

Worth a listen, and hopefully good enough to put this issue to bed because we’ve had quite enough Birther BS in the Republican Party and among the independents who serve as camp followers to the GOP primary process…
