This poor girl, who is attending a protest against building the Border Wall, appears to be suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome. One tweeter suggests she might be possessed. Demon possessed? Possessed by insanity? Mental illness?

Even others in the crowd don’t know what to make of her behavior.
