While median home prices rose 9.9 percent in Tangipahoa Parish since last year, wages rose 1.5 percent, according to an analysis of 432 counties nationwide by ATTOM Data Solutions in the second quarter.
Tangipahoa is one of three Louisiana parishes included in the analysis where rising home prices outpaced wage growth since last year.
