New nationwide challenge to honor veterans launches

The USAA launched a nationwide challenge to honor veterans.

One way is to draw a mark to show thanks to veterans in your life. “Challenge people you know to do the same and help Hashtag: HonorThroughAction reach every corner of our country,” USAA says.

Another is to donate a gift to a veteran on an Amazon wish list through Operation Gratitude. The program sends hundreds of thousands of care packages to those who serve. Participants can donate an item from their Amazon wish list.

USAA represents United Services Automobile Association and its affiliates nationwide.

People can give and show gratitude year round, not just on Thanksgiving or Veteran’s Day.
