President Donald Trump today spoke at the annual “March for Life” Rally in Washington, DC – a first in the 47-year history of the massive pro-life event.
Vice President Mike Pence made history at last year’s rally, becoming the first Vice President to address the annual event.
Tens, if not hundreds, of thousands gathered for the event today, a number that is surely being padded by the attendance of President Trump.

Speaking to the crowd the President declared,
“It is my profound honor to be the first President in history to attend the MARCH FOR LIFE!”
“45” espoused his pro-life convictions saying,
“Every child is a sacred gift from God… I’ve taken historic action to support American families and to protect the unborn… Unborn children have never had a stronger defender in the White House… As the Bible tells us, each person is wonderfully made.”
The President decried the practice of abortion and more specifically late-term abortion, rebuking “virtually ever Democrat member of Congress” for supporting the barbaric practice.
President Trump proclaimed “Mothers are heroes” as he thanked attendees for their leadership. He added, every child brings joy to a family… every human life is made in the Holy image of Almighty God.”
He concluded,
“I went to thank you, it’s so great to represent you, I love you all, and I say with true passion ‘Thank you, God bless you, and God bless America.”
