Calling recent temperatures hot is like saying a wagyu ribeye, seared over open coals to medium-rare perfection, is passable.
This summer in South Louisiana has featured a string of triple-digit temps that would make the Mojave blush, and all that heat is impacting fish populations — specifically how and when they feed.
