Last month, the Republican party hosted the Republican National Convention (RNC) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Louisiana’s RNC Delegation sent 47 delegates and a similar number of alternate delegates to the RNC in order to cast the state’s 47 pledged delegates for former President Donald Trump. Back in March, President Trump received roughly 90% of the votes cast in Louisiana’s Republican presidential primary.

Later this month, the Democrat party is hosting the Democrat National Convention (DNC) in Chicago, Illinois. Back during March’s presidential primary, Joe Biden received 86% of the primary vote and all of Louisiana’s DNC delegates.

Well, the events of the last month completely changed the game. Joe Biden’s decision to withdraw from the presidential election sent the Democrat party into chaos on July 21st. However, the party establishment coalesced behind current Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democrat party’s presidential nominee.

As a reminder, Kamala Harris did not receive a single vote in the Democrat party’s 2024 presidential primary. Yet, the Democrat party elites and the media rallied suddenly rallied around VP Harris in an obviously coordinated effort.

In short time, nearly all of Louisiana’s DNC Delegates switched their allegiance to Kamala Harris. Never mind that 86% of Louisiana Democrat voters picked Joe Biden in the state’s primary.

Even better, the Louisiana Democrat party posted its “unwavering support” for Joe Biden on X/Twitter on July 10th. Eleven days letter, LADEMO chair Randal Gaines immediately threw his support behind VP Harris.

Of course, obliterating basic republican principles is nothing new to the Democrat party. For instance, the DNC openly rigged the 2016 presidential primary against US Senator Bernie Sanders. Hillary Clinton went on to win the Democrat party’s presidential nomination after DNC coordinated with Clinton to defeat Sander’s insurgent campaign:

“Bernie Sanders’ supporters have a right to be angry.

The leaked emails from the Democratic National Committee apparently confirmed what they have said all along — that the political system was rigged against their candidate in favor of Hillary Clinton.

Top Democrats essentially dismissed Sanders as a viable candidate during the primaries, attempted to undermine him with voters and even took steps to derail his campaign, according to hacked emails that were recently made public by WikiLeaks.”

Nevertheless, the 2016 presidential primary is now ancient political history. However, the DNC’s rigging of its 2024 presidential primary is even more obviously corrupt than what took place in 2016.

Louisiana’s top Democrats (Moreno, Lewis, Granger, etc.) have fearmongered against President Trump for years. They’ve called him a “threat to democracy” despite their blatant subversion of Louisiana’s Democrat voters. Do last March’s presidential primary results not count anymore?

The overt gaslighting never ceases to amaze me.

The 2024 DNC should be an interesting convention, and we can all thank Louisiana’s DNC delegates for subverting the electoral process heading into the DNC.
