If you thought fake polls were unique to the presidential election season, you’d be mistaken. Unfortunately, the Louisiana firm JMC is the latest culprit. Their recent poll alleges that Donald Trump and Governor Landry are losing support and have underwater approval ratings in Louisiana. Does that sound right to you? We have a President who literally just brokered peace in the Middle East and a Governor who has accomplished more in 20 months than JBE did in two terms. Something doesn’t add up, and a quick glance at the results demonstrates that this poll is wildly out of touch with the average voter, but it gets even worse upon closer inspection.

When looking at a poll, one should consider a few things: Who paid for it? Who was contacted and how? What questions were asked and how were they presented?

This weaponized survey was reportedly commissioned by Unite America, an organization that masquerades as “nonpartisan” but is funded by liberal dark money and governed by a host of liberal progressives. They invest millions of dollars pushing “election reforms” (aka anti-closed primaries) designed to strip power from conservative voters, making it easier for liberal progressives to infiltrate areas with Republican strongholds.

A further look at the demographic breakdown and questions SCREAM of liberal bias. Any college student taking Political Science 101 can tell you that it takes more than 20 questions to get a snapshot of data for a significant statewide poll.

In the end, the facts are this is a clearly biased poll, promoting disinformation, skewed as far left as the organization that paid for it. Both Trump and Landry recently won in landslide elections in Louisiana because voters trust them to put Louisiana and America first. Heck, even liberal CNN is reporting that President Trump is enjoying record-high favorability.

Lastly, it’s unfortunate that certain outlets have chosen to report on this Fake News poll. Any reporter or columnist who doesn’t acknowledge it’s biased is either grossly incompetent or on the take.
