‘Let’s do the Timewarp again’—The Rocky Horror Picture Show
The Trump administration during their first term let themselves be used to implement the disastrous covid shutdowns advocated by nefarious actors. We are on the threshold of a repeat of this scenario with the Trump White House preparing an executive order that would require a US citizen to submit a biometric scan of his face simply to access banking services. Dr Paul Craig Roberts, a former Treasury Department official under President Reagan, provides some details:
‘The Trump regime has shown that its true agenda is to dump Americans into captivity. Trump and his Treasury Secretary, Scott Bessent, a George Soros lackey, are using undocumented aliens as an excuse to force American citizens into total digital surveillance.
‘The Burning Platform explains:
‘“In a move that exposes the true agenda behind the “America First” rhetoric, the Trump administration is barreling forward with an executive order that will force every American to hand over their biometric facial data or be locked out of the banking system entirely. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, a longtime Soros protégé who helped wreck the British economy in the 1992 Black Wednesday raid [by Soros on the British currency], has confirmed the policy is “in process.” Banks will be required to verify every customer’s citizenship using a U.S. passport containing embedded RFID chips and government-ready facial recognition biometrics. No passport? No bank account. Period. Real ID, driver’s licenses, and every other common document will not suffice. This is not border security. This is the final knot in the digital noose.
‘“The order’s language is chillingly straightforward: banks must fully “know your customer,” including immigration status. Undocumented immigrants “don’t have a right to be in the banking system,” Bessent declared. But the real target is every American citizen. Millions without passports will now be compelled to get one with high-resolution facial scans formatted for seamless integration into centralized government databases. Once your face is digitized and permanently linked to your money, the infrastructure for a cashless surveillance state is complete. Track, freeze, or deny funds at will based on compliance, social scores, political dissent, or future “misinformation” flags. This is how they build the cage: one “security” measure at a time.” https://www.theburningplatform.com/2026/04/25/trump-administration-fast-tracks-the-digital-control-grid/’ (‘Trump Is Putting Americans into Digital Prison,’ paulcraigroberts.org)
There are all kinds of problems with this. First, it places the States back in the position they were in before the War for Independence with Great Britain, when British officials were granted general warrants to snoop through the colonists belongings and seize whatever they wanted whenever they wanted. Judge Andrew Napolitano continues:
‘The stated motivation for the general warrants was the British government’s enforcement of the Stamp Act. That legislation required all colonists to have stamps affixed to all papers, books and newspapers in their possession. The enforcement of the Stamp Act was the government’s fig leaf for spying.
‘We know that the true reason for the Stamp Act was to conduct surreptitious searches for revolutionary materials. We know this because during the one-year existence of the Stamp Act — 1765 — a group of enterprising students at the College of New Jersey, now known as Princeton University, calculated that more revenue was spent to enforce the act than was collected by the sale of the stamps’ (‘The Trump Surveillance State,’ lewrockwell.com).
A requirement that US citizens hand over something as deeply personal as a biometric scan of their faces to the federal government without being so much as suspected of or charged with a crime, which can then be used to trace and track them anywhere they go, fits very well the definition of a modern-day general warrant.
But this is precisely what clauses to our various constitutions (Article I, Section 5, of the Louisiana constitution; the Fourth Amendment to the US constitution; etc.) were added to protect against, so that we might be ‘secure in our persons’.
We are not only regressing as far as our ancient freedoms are concerned. We are also progressing to End Times scenarios. Linking access to the financial system to a person’s biometric signature is setting up the global control system that is described in St John the Apostle’s Revelation (chapter 13, verses 16 and 17). Via The Burning Platform article linked above:
‘While both Democrats and Republicans remain oblivious, “digital concentration camps” are snapping into place around them. Fitts warns it is not technocracy, “It’s slavery.” (The oligarch technocrats have aligned with the bankers and have a major role in setting the digital system up) Bankers no longer need soft power tools like USAID. With drones, robots, invisible weaponry, and total surveillance, hard power is cheap, efficient, and lethal. The Trump administration is delivering exactly the system needed to finish the trap. [4]
‘This is not isolated. The biometric passport mandate creates the perfect on ramp to a national, and ultimately global, digital ID network. Your face becomes the key to every transaction, every movement, every aspect of life. Link it to CBDC experiments already underway, add AI-driven social credit overlays, and the system can be plugged straight into the emerging world financial architecture. One unified control grid: no escape, no anonymity, no resistance, game over. The Great Reset is in play.’
Also consider the implications of a data breach should all this biometric data be collected and stored. Once hackers get hold of our facial scans, there is no end to the evils that they could work with it, and we would be powerless to undo the damage.
More mundane, but still important, the US Congress is given the power to write laws, not the federal executive or courts.
As this legislation is still being written, we are in a better position than if it were already finished and being put into operation. Now is the time, therefore, for State governments – who bear the main burden for stopping the federal government when it oversteps its bounds (per Jefferson and Madison in the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions of 1798), and it is monstrously overstepping them with this proposed rule, because the States are the ones who gave life to the federal government – it is time for State governments, whether legislators, governors, or judges, to proclaim firmly and unapologetically that the States will not comply with an unlawful order like this proposed banking rule, that they will consider it null and void within their boundaries, that they will protect the citizens of their States from its insidious effects.
These State officers should not stand alone. Other officials and private citizens and institutions – sheriffs, district attorneys, police jurors, bankers themselves, etc. – should also rise up and declare that they will have no part in the implementation of this dangerous rule.
A hint for folks like John Fleming – as State Treasurer, he has tremendous leverage to protect Louisianans from wicked schemes like this. He and others who want to prove their pro-constitution, populist bona fides should lead the charge to denounce this proposed EO and speak about ways they would nullify it, as the Tenth Amendment to the federal constitution requires of them, as well as the State Sovereignty Amendment to the Louisiana constitution:
‘The people of this state have the sole and exclusive right of governing themselves as a free and sovereign state; and do, and forever hereafter shall, exercise and enjoy every power, jurisdiction, and right, pertaining thereto, which is not, or may not hereafter be, by them expressly delegated to the United States of America in congress assembled’ (Article I, Section 26, legis.la.gov).
Left and Right are divided over a great many things today, but here, we think, is something that both can agree on – that the federal government ought not to make us submit biometric data in order to do something as basic as participate in the banking system. Both political camps have seen a severe erosion of many fundamental liberties over the last few decades:
‘President George W. Bush set aside, unchallenged, habeas corpus and asserted presidential power to hold citizens indefinitely on suspision alone without evidence presented to a court. Obama asserted the right of the president to execute American citizens on suspicion alone without due process of law. The Biden regime used the power it claimed to imprison citizens on the basis of false allegations’ (again quoting from Dr Roberts’s article mentioned above).
And now Pres Trump’s administration is about to give our ancient, inherited liberties another awful blow. Even if the biometric portion were left out, the proposal would still require an ID more stringent than the REAL ID that has been mandated for air travel, etc., as reported by Connor Greene with Time.com (‘Trump Order to Require Banks to Collect Citizenship Info ‘In Process,’ Bessent Says. Here’s What to Know’). This caused headaches for lots of folks, as birth certificates had to be secured and all the rest of the rubbish. But now we are suddenly being told this is no longer enough to even keep a banking account open.
Something is terribly wrong with all of this. We need to band together as quickly as possible to thwart this proposal. Contact State legislators and others around you. Make it known to the Trump White House that you won’t comply. This is one of the worst proposals to come from the federal government, ranking near the top along with forced covid injections and shutting down society to ‘stop the spread’. May God help us, friends; He is truly all that we have left to see us through this gathering darkness.
