Tulsi Gabbard and the Biolabs Disclosure Rerun—Again

It seems Spielberg’s Disclosure Day was not a preview of the age of disclosure, but a miniature of it, a staged revelation inside a much larger world of staged revelations.

It isn’t a bad guess that this latest Tulsi Gabbard-biolabs story fits the plot.

We put out an article just over a month ago that is eerily similar to this one, and we invite you to read it for context. Its title: “Fauci, the CIA, and the Revelation of the Method.”

Even better, we put out the article “Former Democrat Tulsi Gabbard Provides the Latest Hook on US-Ukrainian Biolabs”—a stunning similarity to this recent “news,” on…

April 3, 2024.

This latest “news” is not merely old to those who followed the story even before Victoria Nuland’s 2022 Senate testimony. But it also isn’t new as a Gabbard hook. Fast forward to June 12, 2026, and we find now-DNI Tulsi Gabbard’s latest “revelation” on US-funded foreign biolabs being treated in some quarters as a new story. It is not new to everyone. The Office of the DNI says the material concerns long-running US funding for more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries, including facilities in Ukraine that may have been vulnerable during the Russia-Ukraine war.

From the Office of the DNI:

Until now, evidence regarding the full existence and funding of these laboratories had been knowingly withheld from the American people. The information surrounding the existence, history, locations and funding of these US funded biolabs has been intentionally covered up by powerful people falsely, claiming that they do not exist and accusing anyone who says otherwise to be foreign assets and traitors to America.

Nothing about this is new, not even from the mouth of Gabbard herself.

It is why this “disclosure” cannot be treated as a clean beginning. It is the return of an old forbidden question simply coming from an official federal website. The Overton Window has moved, as it always does when yesterday’s “conspiracy theory” becomes today’s carefully managed admission, but movement in the information war is not the same thing as awakening.

Said the DNI site, “Many of these U.S. government-funded biolabs are currently or have previously engaged in research using hazardous and highly contagious pathogens, in some cases to include dangerous Gain-of-Function research, with very little visibility or oversight.”

Respectfully, even that framing should force the reader to remember 2022, when Victoria Nuland acknowledged before the Senate that Ukraine had biological research facilities and that the US was concerned Russian forces might gain control of them. That should have been enough to open serious public inquiry and push the tipping point on this story right then. Instead, the narrative machine flattened the whole subject into the usual binary.

Ukraine good. Russia bad.

Questions dangerous.

There’s the binary trap we’ve always warned about.

Due to some inexplicable stroke of good fortune, some of us came across some compelling data very early on in 2022. Some of us were already writing on Ukraine, Russia, Hunter Biden, Victoria Nuland, Pentagon-linked contractors, and pandemic-risk research when the blue-and-yellow I STAND WITH UKRAINE Facebook spell was still thick enough to make normal, sane political commentary almost impossible.

Back then, not every Russian claim needed to be true, not every Chinese accusation needed to be believed, and not every Ukrainian laboratory needed to be a bioweapons factory for serious people to notice that our own government was acting strangely. When officials treat a question itself as dangerous before they answer it, it should be natural for citizens to wonder why, not make them tinfoil hat conspiracy theorists.

It is something to take healthy pride in at The Hayride and RVIVR.

MOST RECENT: Wuhan, Ukraine, and the Biolab Boomerang

Biolabs and the Revelation of the Method?

For me personally as a writer, however, another question has bubbled to the surface since that May 2025 article on Wuhan and Ukraine, one I want to provide as speculative context for this latest hook from Gabbard.

Given the number of times this story has cycled through the “news,” at some point we have to wonder if there is another question entirely that should trouble us most: What if even this disclosure, like all the rest, isn’t even meant to change anything?

What if it is only another limited hangout inside the larger Revelation of the Method—ultimately one big ruse on the American people while “truth-tellers” continue to wait with glee for the culmination of the plan?

The Revelation of the Method is a concept we have explored quite a bit here in recent months, starting with the shooting in Minneapolis. We are learning that, regardless of the accuracy of my evolving hypothesis, there is no doubt that the powerful do not always hide what they are doing. Even while I was still believing that eventually information disclosure would reach a tipping point for the American people, the elites’ audacity was a sticking point for me. It’s like they didn’t care if we knew. It is why I have come to the belief that this latest “release” of information on Ukrainian biolabs must be couched in the context of the Revelation.

We have watched this pattern before with COVID, the “Laptop from Hell,” the Epstein files, the JFK files, censorship, intelligence agency maleficence, and every other drip-drop disclosure that circles back just long enough to make yesterday’s conspiracy theorists appear slightly less insane before the public is herded toward the next spectacle. First, the public is trained to reject the question. Then, years later, some version of the question is allowed back into respectable conversation. By then, the people who asked early have been smeared, the people who obeyed the script (but now are suddenly in the know!) have helped solidify our slavery, and the machinery that did it all to hide behind layers of plausible deniability never suffers any meaningful exposure or consequence.

The damage is already done with the biolabs story, and with enough time having passed with no accountability for it or countless other storylines like the ones mentioned above, all the while we celebrate circus shows being performed on the White House lawn, it is safe to say that nothing will ever—not ever—be done about it. Justice, at least here in this life and by human hands, will never be exacted. The public has been informed in waves but never to the point where the regime is ever seriously threatened. Their crimes become whitewashed documentaries that make people think they’re thinking on the cutting edge and in the know simply because they know more than the guy next door who worships fantasy football. They become podcast topics, but skillfully managed, again, to ultimately keep America in the dark. Sure, discussions and revelations are permitted, but only to a point, and only under the ever-careful curation of the same elites being exposed.

That may be where we are with the biolabs.

Final Words: Disclosure Is Not Deliverance

Disclosure can still be deliverance only if we pair that disclosure with the commandments of God through His Church.

Information dissemination for the mere sake of knowledge has proven to get us nowhere.

That is what makes the Gabbard disclosure worth discussing but also worth treating with caution, perhaps even mockery. It is good when old lies collapse, sure. It is good when people who once dismissed uncomfortable questions are forced to admit even though they won’t that maybe the tinfoil hat crowd was not as insane as advertised, sure. It is good when the reading public, even belatedly, gets another chance to return to the story and ask why it was perpetually trained not to see what was sitting in front of its face.

But again, mere information does nothing in the way of justice or societal change. That point is hardly debatable now in 2026.

The obvious danger in continuing to believe that the next limited hangout will be “the one” is that the regime can show us fragments of the machinery while leaving the machinery intact. It can cut off a few heads of the hydra for public display while the monster still seethes. It can let us feel vindicated, knowledgeable, smarter than the fantasy football guy, without ever giving us justice or anything in the way of real, soul-level change. It can permit the podcast talking heads to yap about everything conspiratorial and evil beyond what the nightly news tells us while the deeper design of deception remains. In fact, that may be the very point of the Revelation of the Method. The truth is not denied forever. It is released in portions, managed in sequence, and repackaged through that idiot box in our hands as a spectacle so that the public mistakes awareness for power.

This is why reruns are first runs for many, but also why reruns can become narcotics for those who already knew.

I personally refuse to keep doing it that way.

Unless this latest release produces something more than another round of managed awareness, it will have done exactly what so many revelations now do.

It will have shown us the empire while the emperors continue to get away with it all, laughing hysterically at the spectacle we continue to trust.
