Fleming On Cavuto Today

U.S. Rep. John Fleming (R-Shreveport), who is also a doctor, is no dummy. He’s also no fan of Obamacare. And Fleming has come up with a way to de-fund Obamacare – namely, he’s authored a bill to strip out the funding for the administrative implementation for it. That bill was just included as part of the $2.5 trillion spending cut plan put forth by the House Republican Study Committee this week.
