Not Safe For Work: Adam Carolla Explains The Occupy Wall Street Generation

Amid the F-bombs and S-bombs in here is some quality analysis.

Essentially, that envy and greed are driving the world now in a way they haven’t in the past, and part of our problem in America is that we’re now 20-25 years into all this stuff about kids getting participation trophies and self-esteem enemas on the way up rather than actually being prepared for the real world where if you want to get anywhere you’re going to actually need to be valuable and have merit rather than just feel like you do.

And also, that the Occupy Wall Street kids are more or less the same morons as the jihadists who come here and blow up buildings and so on.

Anyway, if you’re not squeamish about a little colorful verbiage this might do you some good.

Adam is so right about what should be called the “it’s all about me” generation. I don’t know why it happened, but I thank God (and my wife) that our two daughters, now in their mid-thirties, are selfless and wonderful women.
